Designing and Testing E-Poster on the Role of Nanotechnology in Article Based Green Chemistry Practice
Abstract
Abstract. This research was instigated with student understanding of nanotechnology lesson in green chemistry practice that was still low due to the lack of scientific sources based interesting learning media. In fact, scientific articles contain actual information that is relevant to technological and environmental developments. This research aimed at developing valid and practical scientific articles based e-poster media for chemistry learning. The model used was Design and Development Research (DDR) consisting of 4 stages analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The techniques of analyzing data were qualitative and quantitative analyses. The techniques of collecting data were questionnaire and interview. The research findings showed that the scores by media expert validators and learning material experts respectively were 96.87% and 83.33% with very valid criteria. Practicality test by teachers was 89.16% with very practical criteria, and student response test was 85.33% with very good criteria. Thus, this e-poster media was considered very valid and practical as a learning media for chemistry.
