Abstract

Abstract :This research aims to determine the implementation of Minister of Religion Policy Number 184 of 2019 in curriculum development at MAN 3 Pekanbaru City and to determine the driving and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Minister of Religion Policy Number 184 of 2019 in curriculum development at MAN 3 Pekanbaru City. This research uses this type of research. qualitative. The location of this research was carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City. Research informants were deputy head of curriculum, deputy head of student affairs, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, local content teachers and extracurricular supervisors at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, using data triangulation techniques. The research results show that: (1) Implementation of Minister of Religion Policy Number 184 of 2019 in curriculum development at MAN 3 Pekanbaru City in carrying out development has been carried out, but the madrasah is still experiencing obstacles in developing the KMA No. curriculum. 184 of 2019 (2) Supporting factors are: the existence of good cooperation and having quality human resources, and inhibiting factors are: inadequate facilities and infrastructure, there are still teaching staff who are less creative in teaching and cannot establish good communication .
