Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Model Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Pada Materi Segiempat Kelas VII SMP/MTs
Abstract
It was Research and Development with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model aiming at producing Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model-based student worksheet on Quadrilateral material meeting valid, practical, and effective criteria. The subjects of this research were the seventh-grade students at State Islamic Junior High School 1 Kampar, educational technology and learning material experts who were lecturers, Mathematics subject teachers, and doctoral candidates of Mathematics Education. The object was RME model-based student worksheet on Quadrilateral material. Questionnaire and test were the techniques of collecting data. The validity instruments consisted of research instrument validation sheet and student workbook validation sheet by educational technology and learning material experts, the practicality instruments consisted of student response questionnaire, and the effectiveness instrument was posttest question. The data were quantitative and qualitative. The data obtained were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on data analyses, (1) RME model-based student worksheet was stated on very valid category with validity mean 85.95%, (2) RME model-based student worksheet was stated on very practical category with practicality mean 89.73%, and (3) RME model-based student worksheet was stated on effective category. Based on these findings, it could be identified that the workbook developed was valid, practical, and effective.
