This research aimed at finding out the influence of students’ entrepreneurial literacy toward their entrepreneurial readiness to enter the business world. Quantitative descriptive approach was used in this research. This research was conducted at Economics Education Department of Education and Teacher Training Faculty of State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim, Riau. Based on the research findings of the influence of entrepreneurial literacy toward student entrepreneurial readiness at Economics Education, Education and Teacher Training Faculty, State Islamic University of SUSKA RIAU. Based on R Square, the contribution percentage of the influence of X variable to Y was 42,9% in the moderate category, or variation of students’ entrepreneurial literacy variable toward their entrepreneurial readiness was able to explain 42,9%, while the rest 57,1% was influenced or explained by other variables. The calculation results of the correlation test showed that the score of r (Pearson correlation) from the correlation between entrepreneurial literacy and entrepreneurial readiness was 0.561 with the significance level 0.015. Because the level of significance was less than 0.05, Ha was accepted, and H0 was rejected, so there was an influence of entrepreneurial literacy toward entrepreneurial readiness.
