PERAN ESG RISK DAN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ESG risk and intellectual capital on corporate financial performance, both simultaneously and partially, in companies listed on the IDX ESG Leaders index for the period from 2021 to 2022. The research sample was obtained using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample size of 19 companies, with the research period 2021-2022 so that a total of 38 observations were obtained. Based on the results of statistical tests, the research shows that partially, ESG risk has no significant effect on the company's financial performance. Intellectual capital has a significant effect on the company's financial performance. While simultaneously, ESG risk and intellectual capital have a significant effect on the company's financial performance.
