PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KESELAMATAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PT. MITRA BETON MANDIRI PEKANBARU

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri Pekanbaru which is engaged in the construction services of building materials. The phenomenon that occurs at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri is the rise and fall of the relialization of the company's production targets. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and occupational health safety (K3) on the productivity of employees of PT Mitra Beton Mandiri Pekanbaru, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT Mitra Beton Mandiri Pekanbaru, totaling 48 people. The method of determining the sample in this study using the sampling method jenus (census). The data used are primary and secondary data. Descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The results showed that partially the work environment affects employee productivity, as well as occupational safety and health (K3) partially affects employee productivity at PT Mitra Beton Mandiri Pekanbaru. Simultaneously the work environment and occupational safety and health (K3) affect the productivity of employees of PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri Pekanbaru. The amount of influence is 56.1% while the remaining amount (43.9%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
