Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru which is engaged in construction services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru, both partially and simultaneously. The number of people in this study was 72 people and the sample used in this study was 72 people. The method of determining the sample in this study used the saturated sampling method (sensus). The data used were primary data and secondary data. The quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study showed that the work environment partially influenced employee performance, as well as work discipline partially influenced the performance of employees of PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa. Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline influenced the performance of employees of PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa. The magnitude of the influence was 66.4% while the remaining (33.6%) was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
