The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the implementation of bureaucratic reform through the application of electronic performance (E-Kinerja) as one of the electronic-based performance assessment systems at BKPSDM Kampar Regency. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection sources in the form of documentation and in-depth interviews with key informants from BKPSDM. The results of the study indicate that the application of E-Kinerja in Kampar Regency has supported efforts to achieve the success of bureaucratic reform in Kampar Regency in accordance with Permenpan RB No. 11 of 2011. The application of E-Kinerja at BKPSDM Kampar Regency is one of the realizations of the digitalization of the government system to implement bureaucratic reform in government agencies.
