PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN BURNOUT TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT WANITA PADA RUMAH SAKIT JIWA TAMPAN PEKANBARU PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital, Riau.  The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Work Life Balance and Burnout on work Satisfaction of Female Nurses in Pekanbaru, Riau. both partially and simultaneously.  There were 117 people in this research and the number of samples used in this research was 107 people.  The method in this research uses a non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling.  The data used are primary and secondary data.  Quantitative descriptive analysis method.  The results of the research show that Work Life Balance partially influences work Satisfaction, as well as Burnout partially influences work Satisfaction of Female Nurses at Tampan Mental Hospital, Pekanbaru, Riau. Simultaneously, Work Life Balance and Burnout influence the work Satisfaction of Female Nurses at Tampan Mental Hospital, Pekanbaru, Riau.  The percentage size is 61.4%, while the remainder is (38.6%) and the remainder is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
