Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and conflict management on employee performance at PT. Kunango Jantan group, Kampar District, Riau. This study used the entire population as the unit of analysis as many as 137 people. The research method used is quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work stress and conflict management had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Kunango Jantan Group, Kampar Regency, Riau. The RSuare value of 0.725 or 72.5% means that the performance variable is influenced by work stress and conflict management, while the remaining 27.5% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
