Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of profitability, net Working Capital, Firm Size, Leverage and Liquidity on Cash Holding in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 Period. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling technique so that the sample of this study amounted to 34 property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 12 program.. The results of the Partial Test (t) show that the ratio of Profitability, Firm Size, Leverage, has a significant effect on Cash Holding in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Meanwhile, Net Working Capital and Liquidity have no effect on Cash Holding in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F) show that Profitability, Net Working Capital, Firm Size, Leverage, and Liquidity simultaneously affect Cash Holding
