HUBUNGAN QUALITY OF WORKLIFE DENGAN BURNOUT PADA PERAWAT RSUD DABO SINGKEP

ABSTRAK
Burnout merupakan reaksi emosi negatif yang terjadi di lingkungan kerja dan banyak diantaranya faktor yang mempengaruhi burnout, salah satunya quality of worklife. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara quality of worklife dengan burnout pada perawat RSUD Dabo Singkep. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jumlah subjek 79 perawat. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala model likert yang diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi dari skala quality of worklife dan skala burnout. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai reliabilitas quality of worklife = 0.973 dan nilai reliabilitas burnout = 0,914. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment dibantu SPSS 25 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi product moment, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (r) = -0,658 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 artinya hipotesis diterima, yaitu ada hubungan yang signifikan antara quality of worklife dengan burnout pada perawat RSUD Dabo Singkep dengan nilai sumbangan efektif aspek dari quality of worklife terhadap burnout (R square) = 0,297 yaitu sebesar 29,7%. Artinya, semakin baik kualitas kehidupan kerja pada perawat maka semakin berkurang pula munculnya kejadian burnout, dan begitu pun sebaliknya.

ABSTRACT
Burnout is a negative emotional reaction that occurs in the work environment and many factors influence burnout, one of which is quality of worklife. This study aims to determine the relationship between quality of worklife and burnout in nurses at Dabo Singkep Regional Hospital. This study was conducted with 79 nurses as subjects. The data collection method in this study used a Likert model scale adapted and modified from the quality of worklife scale and the burnout scale. The results of this study obtained a quality of worklife reliability value = 0.973 and a burnout reliability value = 0.914. The data analysis technique used was the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique assisted by SPSS 25 for windows. Based on the results of the product moment correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient value (r) = -0.658 was obtained with a significance value of p = 0.000, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted, namely there is a significant relationship between quality of worklife and burnout in nurses at Dabo Singkep Regional Hospital with an effective contribution value of aspects of quality of worklife to burnout (R square) = 0.297, which is 29.7%. This means that the better the quality of work life of nurses, the less likely burnout occurs, and vice versa.
