IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SATU KELUARGA SATU SARJANA (SAGA SAJA) DI KOTA PARIAMAN

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of dropping out of education to higher education due to financial constraints which results in the low quality of human resources and an increase in the poverty rate. The One Family One Bachelor Program (Saga Saja) is the government's flagship program (quick wins) and is one of the government's initiatives in an effort to improve the quality of Human Resources in Pariaman City. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out how the implementation of the One Family One Bachelor (SAGA SAJA) program in Pariaman City. 2) To find out the factors that influence the implementation of the One Family One Bachelor program in Pariaman City. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by means of interviews and documentation. While the research indicators are Policy standards and objectives, Resources, Inter-organizational communication and strengthening activities, Characteristics of implementing agents, Socio-economic and political conditions, and Impelementor Disposition. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the One Family One Bachelor (SAGA SAJA) program in Pariaman City has been carried out well, it's just that there are two external factors that influence the implementation of the One Family One Bachelor Program in Pariaman City, including; 1) Limited Human Resources (HR) of Saga Saja program recipients in Pariaman City. 2) Delay in disbursement of scholarship funds.
