Abstract

This research was carried out at the Rumbio Village office, Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The aim of this research is to describe the partnership that occurs between the BPD and the Village Head. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the partnership that occurs between the Village Consultative Body and the Village Head has not fully run well because there are still members of the People's Consultative Body who feel they are at the same level as the Village Head and have interests. politics, but behind that all the partnerships that are running are quite good starting from the competition carried out by the BPD with the Village Head to be the best in carrying out their duties and the cooperation (cooperation) that occurs between the BPD and the Village Head has had a good impact on the progress of Rumbio Village and there is always coordination between the BPD and the Village Head which makes it possible to quickly realize good governance and in collaboration the BPD together with the Village Head have jointly created or implemented regulations that are favorable for the residents of Rumbio Village.
