This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the work productivity of employees who work at the Minas District Office of Siak Regency. The research was conducted using a quantitative method approach, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 respondents who were selected through the census method. Data analysis was carried out using spss23 software to test simple linear regression, t test, test the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, from this simple linear regression analysis it was found that the value of the regression coefficient X had a positive value, namely 0.735, meaning that there was a significant relationship involving leadership style with work productivity. This leadership style variable has a significant effect on the employee productivity variable partially for those who work at the Minas District Office of Siak Regency, which is that the t-count value (4,782) > t table (1,120) and while for Sig. (0.000) < 0.05, in this case it can be concluded that ho is rejected and ha is accepted. Meanwhile, the R-square value contained in the Determinas coefficient (R2) is 0.450. In this case, it shows that this leadership style has an influence of 45% on productivity simultaneously working on employees, while for the rest it is influenced by various other independent variables that are not involved.
